Catering Website Terms & Conditions

Makan Mate Catering by Pan Seas Enterprises Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.makanmate.com (the “Website”), or through the Makan Mate sales hotline at 6264 2233 ext 10-123 (the “Hotline”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use this Website.

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to any order with Makan Mate.
Delivery Hours: 8.30am to 7.00pm.
Hotline Hours: Mon–Fri 8.30am–5.30pm, Sat 8.30am–3.00pm.
Additional charges of $50 apply for delivery before 8.30am or after 7pm, and collection after 9pm.
Delivery duration is estimated to be 30–60 minutes before or after the stipulated timing upon successful order and payment confirmation.
A minimum order of $300 applies for all delivery orders (may vary during festive periods).
No minimum order for self-collection.
A delivery charge of $35 applies for each mini buffet and bento order.
A delivery & setup charge of $60 applies for buffet setup and teardown.
A surcharge of $50 per level of 8 standard steps applies for venues without lift landing.
Off-island areas (Sentosa, Jurong Island, Changi, Tuas, CBD) incur a $20 surcharge.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, E-wallet, Credit Cards, Debit Cards.
Pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required.
Prices shown are exclusive of GST.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 working days before the event.
A $100 administrative fee applies for refund processing after prepayment.
50% refund if cancellation is made 3 working days prior to the event.
No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
Prices and information are subject to change without prior notice.
We may replace any dish with another of equivalent value due to seasonality.
We may withdraw or amend promotions without prior notice.
Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather or unforeseen conditions.
Customers must verify their order details in the confirmation email. We are not liable for errors caused by customer oversight.
All items, dishes, and Terms & Conditions are subject to change.
