Scallops are widely known as “candy of the sea” because of it’s unique and naturally sweet taste. It is really easy to prepare and requires little seasoning in order to bring out it’s best flavour.
Tip: Dry off your scallop with a paper towel before searing as any surface moisture may affect the searing process.
