Also known as Chilean Seabass and Patagonian Toothfish. The Cod fish has a snow white meat which gives a rich and buttery flavour and simply melts in your mouth. It is also widely known for its health benefits and are excellent sources of Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D.
