Our jumbo size Half Shell Mediterranean Mussels are versatile, great for oven-baked and stove-top dishes or cooking on the fire shell down. For best results, thaw completely and add to your dish as the final ingredient to avoid overcooking. Do take note that these black mussels have a softer texture compared to the green mussels we are normally used to.
