Ingredients: Water, Non-GMO Textured Soy Protein, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Natural Flavouring, Methyl Cellulose, Glutinous Rice Flour, Nutritional Yeast, Carrageenan, Monosodium Glutamate, Salt, Spices, Sugar, Calcium Lactate, Natural Colouring, Maltodextrin, E635, Black Pepper, Beetroot Powder.
Cooking Instruction:
1. Steam frozen for 8-10 minutes at 100 degree celcius.
2. Sauteed for 15 minutes.
3. Airfry and bake frozen minced at 180degree for 8min.
4. Cook thoroughly before serving.
Keep frozen (-18 C). Use within 3 days of opening. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Our product boast not only of good source of dietary protein for all vegetarians and vegans, but with less environmental impact of our meat* production. Made from soy, wheat gluten, vegetables, or a combination of those three main ingredients: these minced meats can be shaped, prepared, spiced, and colored to resemble real meat: such as turkey, veggie burgers, or chicken substitutes, and best of all – it’s non-GMO.
NovaMeats operate their own production facility in Shandong, China – China’s breadbasket, which has tremendous advantages in the supply of ingredients for our products, especially plant proteins. NovaMeats launched its first Plant-Based Beef Patties in China in June 2021. NovaMeats’ facilities are ISO 22,000^ certified, and our products are Halal Certified.
