Oven: 180 °C for 8 mins.
Pan Fry: Pan fry or grill each side around 5-6mins over medium fire.

 

STORAGE INSTRUCTION

1.Keep frozen at temperature -18 °C or below.
2.Once thaw, do no refreeze.
